Now with hashtags

To follow up on yesterday's announcement of fediverse, the 'federate your RSS feed' project, today I've pushed support for mapping RSS categories to ActivityPub hashtags. This does add a new required config field, as each ActivityPub server can map hashtags to different places.

That's... about it, really. This is mostly a blog post so that there is a blog post with hashtags to point at.
